At the same time, relying on the platform, an evaluation system of “credit scoring + indicator screening” was established to promote the “SME financing training program”. In implementing non-cash payment and settlement instruments, the Bank implemented the reform of the official card settlement method at the municipal, district and township level B budget units, and developed and put into operation the “Changzhou Municipal Government Card Transaction Information System” to increase the degree of official consumption supervision and transparency. .
