If a large number of thermoformed materials are produced, tighter tolerance values ​​should be used. The advanced extruder line features an automatic thickness feedback control system for films with thicknesses from 0.25 to 1.0 mm with a thickness tolerance of ±0.005 mm.

2 If the melt temperature of the extrudate is too low or the calender rolls are too cold, the smooth surface of the sheet may become rough or orange peel when heated on a thermoforming machine.

5 too large a melt mark forms a mark on the calender roll, such as a regular horizontal stripe on the film or sheet.
6 The slight scribe line created by the hang on the extruder head swells when the sheet is heated.
