1, fan equipment composition
The fan equipment is mainly composed of a base, a tower, a nacelle, a hub, a blade, a box transformer, and an electric part. The weight of the various types of equipment is different, the height of the tower is different, and the height of the tower is generally determined by the distribution of the wind height.
2. Installation site requirements
At present, there are two main types of wind farm construction and equipment storage sites in China. One is to set up temporary storage sites on the site. After the fan equipment arrives, it is stored in a temporary warehouse, and then transported to the hoisting point. The other is to transport the fan equipment directly to the hoisting site for storage and no longer transport. In order to save the cost of transportation, more and more wind farms use fan equipment once in place. However, this also increases the requirements for the installation site, each installation site must be able to store all the equipment of a set of fans, and can allow the large crane and auxiliary crane to have the location of the lifting equipment. Therefore, before the equipment arrives at the scene, it is necessary to plan the site so that the site meets the requirements for installation of the wind turbine equipment.
3, fan lifting
The selection of the main crane during hoisting is mainly affected by factors such as geographical environment, road conditions in the field, equipment parameters (cabin size, weight, tower height). With the increasing capacity of the single unit of the fan, the requirements for the hoisting machinery are also greater. In the case of spacious venues and roads, crawler cranes are generally used for hoisting. However, if the road at the construction site is narrow, you should first consider the use of a tire crane. Because of the use of crawler cranes for hoisting, if the road is narrow, it is necessary to continuously disassemble and reinstall the crawler crane from one fan to the other, which delays the construction period and increases the cost. At present, the domestically installed wind turbines are mainly 1500kW models, such as Jiangsu Rudong, Jiangsu Dongtai, Jilin Tongyu, Liaoning Fuxin, Inner Mongolia Hulunbeier and other wind farms. From the current installation of 1500kW fan equipment in China, it is generally necessary to select large crawler cranes of 400t or more or tire cranes of more than 500t to meet the lifting requirements.

According to the equipment parameters and the environmental factors at the site, after calculation, we determined that the CC2500/450t crawler crane is the main crane, according to the highest height of the cabin (about 72m), and then determine the length of the boom is 96m, so that the impeller can be guaranteed. 4, equipment unloading
Wind farm equipment unloading mainly refers to the unloading of large equipment such as towers and engine rooms. The cabin is the most important part of the wind turbine and the heaviest equipment. According to the technical parameters of the equipment and the actual situation of the on-site machinery, single-unit unloading or double-discharging can be used. For example, Inner Mongolia Hulunbeier wind farm tower is the most heavy 40t, the cabin is 54t, so it uses two machines (one 65t car crane and one 50t car crane) to unload the car. The tower is unloaded with a special lifting tool. The engine room is unloaded with lifting beams and two machines.
5, fan equipment lifting
The hoisting of fan equipment mainly refers to the lifting of large equipment such as tower nacelle and impeller. The most important part is the hoisting of the nacelle and the impeller (the combination of the hub and the blade). The crane is the most heavy, and the crane is also the most stressed; the blade has the largest wind receiving area, so the wind speed is strict. Generally, the wind speed is not more than 8m/s. In order to consider the convenience and easy operation of the lifting of the blade, the position of the crane during the lifting of the engine room It is necessary to consider both the requirements of the engine room and the lifting requirements of the impeller. We generally require the main crane boom to face the flange of the nacelle (the flange of the hub), so that it is much more convenient to hoist the impeller, no need to move the crane to adjust the position (no need to yaw to adjust the cabin) The location), but the crane is in place once. If the side hoisting cabin needs to move the position of the crane or yaw to meet the hoisting of the impeller, according to the hoisting situation analysis of the fan equipment, the selection of the large main crane is generally the elevation of the cabin (the height of the top of the cabin) plus 20m Is the length required for the main crane boom.
When the impeller is hoisted, it is required to pay attention to the change of wind speed at any time. The above two blade ropes are tied according to technical requirements.
