Three-phase phase volt-ampere meter general specifications: power supply DC 7.4V, 3000mAh lithium battery charger DC 8.4V, 1.5A charger Power consumption Maximum brightness consumption of 240mA, continuous operation for about 10 hours The minimum power consumption is 100mA, continuous operation is about 24 hours Display mode Color LCD display, 320 dots x 240 dots Instrument size Length × width × height: 221mm × 111mm × 78mm Current clamp size Length × width × height: 159mm × 44mm × 23mm; jaw: Φ8mm Detection rate About 2 seconds/time Data retention Press the confirmation key during the test to keep the data, the HOLD symbol is displayed, press the back key to cancel the hold data storage 400 groups Automatic shut-down During normal use, no time-out operation, the instrument automatically shuts down Voltage detection The battery power is displayed as a percentage. The color decreases with the battery power and is displayed by the green yellow red. When the voltage is low, the power is turned off automatically. Instrument quality Host: 600g (with battery) Current clamp: 250g Magnetostrictive level sensor is composed of three parts: probe rod, circuit unit and float. To measure, the circuit unit generates pulses of current that travel down the magnetostrictive line and generate a circular magnetic field. A float is arranged outside the probe rod, and the float moves up and down along the probe rod with the change of liquid level. The float generates a magnetic field at the same time because it is fitted with a set of permanent magnets. When the current magnetic field meets the float magnetic field, it produces a "twisting" or "return" pulse. The time difference between the "return" pulse and the current pulse is converted into pulse signals to calculate the actual position of the float and measure the liquid level. The instrument can upload measurement data to a computer for test personnel to do further analysis and processing of the measurement data.
1, computer requirements
Hardware configuration: At least Celeron 533 CPU, 512M memory, 1G free hard disk space. Software configuration: It is recommended to use Windows2000, XP operating system. Windows Office 2000 and above (must include Word).
2, install the driver
This example uses the installation in Windows XP as an example. A CD and USB data cable are randomly configured, the CD is placed in the computer drive, and the USB data cable is used to connect the instrument to the computer. The installation procedure is as shown in the figure below.
Check if the driver is installed successfully. Open Device Manager. If the USB Serial Port (COM3) indicates that the driver is successfully installed, the following figure shows.
Depending on the USB interface of the connected computer, COM3 here may be a different serial number.
3, software operation
(1) Copy the "Digital Phase Volt-ampere Meter" folder from the CD to your computer. The three-phase phase volt-ampere meter connects the instrument to a PC with a USB cable. Run the file "PVA.exe" and the main screen appears. See the figure below. The upper left corner is the toolbar, followed by the "Communication Link", "Data Synchronization", "Save Data", and "Production Report" buttons.
(2) Communication connection. Click the "Communication Connections" button, a drop-down list appears and select the correct serial port.
(3) Data synchronization. Click the "Data Synchronization" button, the instrument will upload the stored historical measurement data to the computer, the data synchronization will be displayed at the bottom of the window.
(4) Save the data. Click the "Save Data" button to bring up a dialog box. Users can customize the save address, file name and file format (file format can be "text document" or "WORD document"), and then click the "Save" button.
(5) Generate a report. Select one of the records and click the "Generate Report" button. Like the Save Data function, users can customize the save address, file name and file format (file format can be "Text Document" or "Word Document"), and then click " Save button.
