The method for producing ammoniated superphosphate is:

1. Wet: Mix ammonia bicarbonate with water (the ratio of fertilizer to water is 1:1), dilute to ammonium bicarbonate solution, sprinkle with superphosphate and stir repeatedly to achieve slightly acidic, piled up for a few days to make superphosphate Calcium can be administered by full ammoniation.

2. Dry: In order to prevent the product from being too wet, solid ammonium hydrogencarbonate can also be used. Calcium superphosphate and ammonium bicarbonate are separately pulverized, sieved, and then thoroughly mixed. When making, it is important to grasp the ratio of ammonium bicarbonate to phosphate fertilizer. Generally, it is 1:4-6, that is, 1 kg of ammonium bicarbonate is mixed with 4 kg to 6 kg of superphosphate to make it slightly acidic. When the fertilizer is dry, the two do not work together. If there is a squeaking sound during mixing, this is a normal phenomenon.

Second, the particles of superphosphate. The application of calcium superphosphate as granules can greatly reduce the contact area with the soil and reduce the chance of phosphorus being fixed by the soil. Secondly, the application of granular superphosphate can form a region with high nutrient content in the soil for crops to be absorbed and utilized, and it is not affected by the excessive concentration of phosphorus.
