In the degreasing operation, it must be ensured that there is enough degreasing time, the common spraying degreasing time is generally 3 - 5 minutes, immersion degreasing is 5 - 10 minutes. Increase the degreasing time, that is, to extend the contact time between the degreasing liquid and the oil pollution, In order to improve the degreasing effect, the more oil, the longer the degreasing time. In pipeline operations, it is often not allowed to use too long, so it is generally used to spray degreasing, and then immersion degreasing.
