Introduction

The aluminum material used for the integrated ceiling aluminum gusset is aluminum alloy, and it is impossible to have pure aluminum. However, due to the difference in alloy content, the mechanical properties of the aluminum alloy are different. At present, the aluminum alloy used for the ceiling material in China is roughly divided into five grades:

First grade: aluminum-magnesium alloy

At the same time, it contains some manganese. The biggest advantage of this material is its good oxidation resistance. At the same time, because it has manganese content, it has certain strength and rigidity. It is the most ideal material for smallpox. The performance of aluminum processing in the southwest aluminum factory in China is the most stable.

Second grade: aluminum manganese alloy

The strength and stiffness of the material is slightly better than that of the aluminum-magnesium alloy. However, the antioxidant capacity is slightly lower than that of aluminum-magnesium alloy. For example, the protective treatment on both sides basically solves the problem that its anti-oxidation ability is not as good as that of aluminum-magnesium alloy. The aluminum processing performance of the domestic Ruiqi aluminum industry is the most stable.

Third grade: aluminum alloy

The alloy has less manganese and magnesium. Therefore, its strength and stiffness are significantly lower than that of aluminum-magnesium alloy and aluminum-manganese alloy. Because it is soft and easy to process, as long as it reaches a certain thickness, it can basically meet the most basic flatness requirements of smallpox. However, its antioxidant capacity is significantly inferior to that of aluminum-magnesium alloys and aluminum-manganese alloys. Moreover, it is easily deformed during processing, transportation and installation.

Fourth grade: ordinary aluminum alloy

The mechanical properties of this material are not very stable.

Fifth grade: The raw material of this board is an aluminum processing plant that dissolves the aluminum ingot into an aluminum plate and does not control the chemical composition at all. Due to the uncontrolled chemical composition, the properties of these materials are extremely unstable, resulting in severe surface irregularities, product deformation, and oxidation.
