(1) Mechanical system failure The mechanical part has a simple structure, and almost no failure occurs. The failures are obvious, and there is no difficulty in the general use of the unit. But here we must emphasize one point:
The loud noise during the operation of the machine is due to the transmission gap and should be adjusted and eliminated.

Faults Causes Check Procedures and Remedy
When the power is on, the indicator light on the switch is off. The external 220V power supply does not supply power to the system.
1. Whether the external socket is in good contact and there is power on the socket.
2. Unscrew the fuse holder on the cabinet panel and check if the fuse is damaged (3A for the fuse);
3. Open the back door of the cabinet and check whether the power connections are off.
No display on LCD monitor when turned on
1. The main control board is faulty
2. The connector is bad
1. Open the panel and check if there is power from the power indicator on the motherboard.
2. Focus on checking whether the connector is loosened;
3. Replace the main control board.
All electromagnetic valves do not work. There is no +24V power supply in the machine. Check whether there is +24V power supply from the +24V power indicator on the main control board.
The machine cannot move in the X and Y directions. The main control board has no signal output.
No stepping motor drive power button to move the machine, observe the main control board lights, determine whether the fault is on the main control board;
Use a power meter to check if there is power on the motor drive.
Some solenoid valves do not work
1. Corresponding control or drive circuit is damaged
2. Poor contact
3. Solenoid valve damage
1. Into the oxyacetylene flame cutting method, so that the solenoid valve into the working state, open the door, from the cutting control panel corresponding indicator to determine whether there is corresponding control information;
2. Corresponding driving circuit is provided on the control board. Observe whether the corresponding indicator on the main control board is on during the “fire test†or “cutting†and listen carefully whether there is a sound of the solenoid valve or not to judge the location of the fault.
Machine has a direction in X and Y can't move
1. No movement control signal on cutting control board
2. The corresponding drive is faulty
Move the machine with the move operation to observe whether there is a corresponding control signal output from the indicator light on the main control board;
Remove the drive motor from the control cabinet and observe if the motor has turned;
According to the system configuration and the function of each part, the system fault can be divided into main controller fault, U disk interface fault, motor driver fault, electromagnetic valve fault, ignition system fault, and mechanical system fault. Apart from mechanical system failures, the rest of the components can be collectively referred to as electrical faults.
