The location of top dressing depends on the type of crop and the age of the plant. The older the plant, the farther the fertilization position is from the plant. Sand land, fertilizer should be applied in depth; clay soil, fertilizer should be applied shallowly. Generally, the fertilizer is preferably applied at a position of 5 to 10 cm on the side of the plant and 6 cm below the surface of the plant.
