If the pressure when the iron core is stacked is too large, the insulation between the sheets is damaged; or the burrs are too large after punching, and the burrs are removed by sanding, which causes serious damage to the insulation on the surface of the punch; and the core is laminated The back groove is not light, use the file repair method; or because the stator inner bore is not light, the stator inner bore and the base stop are not concentric, and other factors are corrected by turning. (3) When the winding is dismantled by fire or energized heating, the iron core is overheated, which reduces the magnetic permeability and damages the insulation between the sheets. This problem mainly occurs in the repair of windings in the production process and the repair of motors.
(4) The weight of the iron is insufficient and it is not compacted. The result is that the weight of the iron core is insufficient, which will directly cause the current to be out of tolerance, and at the same time there will be the fact that the iron loss exceeds the standard.
(5) Processes such as stack welding will also cause insulation damage between the laminations and increase eddy current losses.
(6) The thickness of the silicon steel sheet is too thick and the magnetic circuit is too saturated. At this time, the curve of the relationship between the no-load current and the voltage is bent more seriously. This is also a key element in the production and processing of silicon steel sheets.
