This year marks the end of the 12th Five-Year Plan, and next year is the first year of the 13th Five-Year Plan. The State Council officially launched the preparation of the 13th Five-Year Plan in April last year. The guiding ideology of planning and preparation has undergone great changes. In order to do this work, we are now preparing proposals for the whole industry, and the Secretariat will summarize them and hold a symposium for discussion in mid-September 2015 (specific time and place for further notice). Specific requirements are as follows:
1. Please invite members of diamond, cubic boron nitride, composite superhard materials, grinding wheels, sawing and drilling tools, knives and other product areas, especially the leading enterprises, in accordance with the outline of the annex, write written materials, focus on writing The status of each sub-sector and the development goals for the next five years will be submitted to the secretariat of the club by electronic version before September 10, 2015.
