Abstract: In recent years, vacuum heat treatment equipment and technology at home and abroad are developing rapidly. Domestically developed WZDGQ30 single-chamber high-pressure gas quenching vacuum furnace, WZGQ convection heating high-pressure gas quenching vacuum furnace and WZLQH-type aluminum brazing vacuum furnace; foreign developed gas vacuum furnace, semi-continuous and continuous vacuum furnace, fluidized vacuum Furnace, multi-purpose vacuum furnace, high temperature ultra-high pressure vacuum furnace, vacuum sintering furnace and vacuum furnace production line. This paper briefly introduces the above equipment and proposes the development trend of vacuum heat treatment technology.

1 Introduction

Compared with the heat treatment performed in conventional equipment such as ordinary box furnaces and salt bath furnaces, the characteristics of vacuum treatment are obvious, and have been recognized by heat treatment workers. In view of this, vacuum heat treatment has always been a hot spot in the development of international heat treatment technology for 50 years. In the past twenty years, China has also developed rapidly [1,2]. The research and application of vacuum heat treatment process has been extensively characterized by annealing, oil (gas) quenching, high pressure gas quenching, carburizing, nitriding and metalizing. , tempering, sintering, brazing, coating, cleaning and other fields [1, 2, 12 ~ 14], made great progress. According to statistical estimates [2], there are about 4,500 sets of vacuum heat treatment equipments in China, accounting for 3.75% of China's heat treatment equipment [6]; there are more than 50 professional vacuum heat treatment equipment manufacturers, the main products are vacuum oil ( Gas) Quenching furnace, high pressure gas quenching vacuum furnace, vacuum annealing furnace, vacuum tempering furnace, vacuum brazing furnace, vacuum sintering furnace, vacuum chemical heat treatment furnace; total number of employees engaged in research, development, design, manufacture and application of vacuum heat treatment technology About 6,000 people; vacuum heat treatment technology has been expanding into the field of application, the level of technology is rapidly improving, equipment is constantly improving and diversified, intelligent, new technologies and new products are constantly emerging in the booming stage.

The vacuum heat treatment process, the research and development of key technologies for vacuum heat treatment in China, the technical characteristics of vacuum heat treatment equipment in China, etc., the author has introduced in a special article in the past few years [2], this paper focuses on the domestic and international vacuum heat treatment equipment and New developments in technology research and development.

2 Research and development of domestic new vacuum heat treatment equipment

2.1 WZDGQ30 single-chamber high-pressure gas quenching vacuum furnace [7] WZDGQ30 single-chamber high-pressure gas quenching vacuum furnace was developed by Beijing Electromechanical Research Institute and has 6×105Pa gas quenching function, as shown in Figure 1. It is mainly used for high-pressure gas quenching of high-speed steel, high-alloy steel and tool steel, as well as annealing, brazing and other processes. It adopts computer control, high reliability and automation, and advanced technology. High pressure gas quenching can significantly improve the hardenability of the workpiece and reduce environmental pollution.

2.2 WZGQ type convection heating high pressure gas quenching vacuum furnace [8]

Forced convection heating and continuous high pressure gas quenching in the furnace are the key technologies of the vacuum high pressure gas quenching furnace. The domestic WZGQ convection heating high pressure gas quenching vacuum furnace has completely reached the design index. Tests have shown that at 200 ° C, the convection heating rate is 1.44 ° C / min, at 500 ° C, it can reach 4.5 ° C / min. The test of f110mm×120mm high-speed steel sample was carried out to 3 × 10 5Pa, and the hardness of the workpiece core was above 60HRC. The cooling performance was equivalent to that of the 5×105Pa single-chamber high-pressure gas quenching furnace imported from abroad, but the cost was low. More, and its heating rate is higher, which saves working gas and reduces operating costs.

2.3 WZDLQH vacuum aluminum brazing furnace [9]

Since the domestic WZ series vacuum aluminum brazing furnace was put on the market in 1999, it has been favored by users because of its excellent technical performance. It has been mass-produced and is widely used in aerospace, electronics, petrochemical, vehicle, shipbuilding, refrigeration, refrigeration and other industries. department.

Main technical indicators of WZ DLQH vacuum aluminum brazing furnace:
(1) Effective heating zone 500mm × 300mm × 300mm;
(2) rated furnace capacity of 80kg;
(3) The highest temperature is 800 ° C, 1320 ° C;
