A part of a diesel engine in our factory is shown in Figure 1. The part is small in size and half-circular in shape. In particular, the diameter of three small inclined holes is only φ1.8_0~(0.2)mm, and the large end face is three. The center line of a small inclined hole is relatively close to the inner hole of the semicircle, and it is easy to be deflected when drilling the inclined hole, the processing is not easy, and the clamping is not convenient. In order to process these three small inclined holes, the fixture shown in Fig. 2 was designed.
