The Ministry of Environmental Protection issued aluminum smelter emission permit applications and issued technical specifications

To implement the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Environmental Protection", "Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution", "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Water Pollution" and other laws and regulations, and "Implementation Plan for Control of Pollutant Release Permit System" No. 81), improve the technical support system for emission permits, and guide and standardize the application and issuance of emission permits for aluminum smelting and discharge units. The Ministry of Environmental Protection has recently issued the “Nominal Metal Industry Non-ferrous Metals Industry - Aluminum Smelting with Application for Permitting Pollution Permits”.
