Missing work after the holiday! This is the first impression given to the Nanning-ASEAN Economic Development Zone spring human resources recruitment conference. On the morning of February 10th, the launching ceremony of the “Spring Breeze Action” special event in Nanning City in 2011 and the Nanning-ASEAN Economic Development Zone spring human resource job fair were held in the development zone. Dozens of labor-intensive enterprises in the development zone get together and “approach people”, throw attractive treatment, and let many peasant brothers who are not ready to work in Guangdong hesitate: Shouldn't it be left?

The labor-intensive enterprises such as footwear, clothing, furniture, electronics, etc., which have recently entered this development zone, just like those that had just emerged in Guangdong. They are crazy about recruiting all the young laborers they need. 76 entry companies provide more than 6,000 jobs, of which 80% are general workers.

The first large-scale job fair held after the Nanning Festival not only made the post-holiday work out of the head, but also highlighted a structural contradiction and caused people to reflect: With the rise of the Guangxi-ASEAN economy, and gradually To accept the transfer of eastern industries, many labor-intensive enterprises gather in Guangxi. If Guangxi's migrant workers are still running in Guangdong, how can Guangxi support the development of these enterprises?

Shoe factory recruitment than food and accommodation than treatment

"You sit here and sit down and have a cup of tea first." Wu Yan's Liang Yan and several sisters working together in Guangdong entered the job fair and was shocked by the thoughtful service of a shoe factory: The staff smiled and helped them to pour a cup of tea and let them wait for a while before the interview. "It's very interesting." Liang Yan said that if he hadn't encountered a bad face in the past, he would be thankful.

This wholly foreign-owned enterprise named "Nanning Nanxi Footwear" was officially put into production in the development zone in May 2010. After the completion of the project, the total number of employees will reach 7,000. Along with it, at the job fair, there are two other major shoe factories in the development zone, namely Guanxi Footwear and Max Footwear. The backgrounds of the three companies are similar. They are Taiwan-funded enterprises. They originally had shoe factories in Guangdong and Shanghai. They started to set up factories in Guangxi when they encouraged the transfer of eastern industries in 2008.

On the same day, the three shoe factories alone had thrown 4,500 positions. There were workshop cadres, clerks, workshops, etc. in the design positions, among which the most needed were for general workers. Recruiters explained: "A shoe looks small, but the manual operations are very numerous and require a lot of general workers."

A large number of shoe factory recruiters were dispatched to the crowd to send flyers, and patiently explained the benefits of entering the factory for past applicants. Some shoe factories even put their signboards in the middle of the road. The above job benefits are specific to the daily diet of workers entering the factory. They provide three dishes and one soup (holidays, lunch at the end of each month), and fruits are distributed every week.
