The results show that the adjustment life of the double row tapered roller bearing plus cylindrical roller bearing is longer than that of the spherical roller bearing scheme.

Even if the double-row tapered roller bearing has a lower rated capacity than the spherical roller bearing, the tapered roller bearing performs better than the spherical roller bearing because it can be pre-tensioned. Preloading improves the load distribution and load bearing area between the two rows of rollers.
