Since photovoltaic power plants are hard to make money, why should the state and the power supply departments promote it? At this time, it is not possible to count individual household accounts. It is even more of an environmental account. Every 1 kWh saved is equivalent to the reduction of carbon dioxide and oxidized* pollution caused by the use of the first-degree thermoelectricity.
